If your Centralis Health Desktop (CHD) is blank as seen in image below, try these trouble shooting steps
1. Confirm internet connection by clicking File then Open Web Portal. If web portal opens and you can log in, then navigate back to the CHD and click Clear. If CHD remain blank, try next step
2. Print a document to the CHD, if file populates and CHD is still blank, try next step
3. Click File and then Exit, and relaunch the CHD, if still blank contract Centralis Health support desk for more trouble shooting. (Click to Submit Ticket)
