If you have tried to open the Centralis Health Desktop (CHD) using the below 3 option and still the application won't launch try this!
1. Right click on the Centralis Health Desktop (CHD) icon in the active tray and click exit. If this option is not available use windows task managers to force close the application
2. Open Windows File Explorer, and navigate to C:\Users\thero\AppData\Local and delete the Centralis Health
3. You should now be able to launch the Centralis Health desktop using one of the options above. If you are still unable to do so, contact Support for more assistance.
