1. Open the Centralis Health Desktop and confirm you are on the New Items tab, or log into the secure web portal and navigate to the New Items page

2. Attach all files to the Centralis Health Desktop (print, file/attach, drag & drop), or to the New Item using the Choose File button (this option in the portal does require you to create a PDF and save before you are able to attach)

3. Select Enter Email on either the Centralis Health Desktop or the New Items page in the portal, and then enter the email address you wish to send to. Patient name and DOB are required when sending a secure email. Lastly click Submit/Send

4. The recipient will receive an email that looks like this with the following instructions:
