Logging into the Knowledge Base

Some of our knowledge base articles require a user to be logged in to view, to prevent you having to create ANOTHER username and password to remember we setup SSO with our secure web portal

Step 1: From the secure web portal select Knowledge Base from the left navigation window

Step 2: Click Login at the top right corner of the screen

Step 3: Then select Centralis Health User Login (SSO)

Step 4: Log in with your Centralis Health secure web portal credentials

Step 5: Search or click on knowledge base to view all articles
