1. If your documents are not printing to the CHD, doing a file and exit should always be the first step. Click "File" at the top left of the CHD and then "Exit." Relaunch and try your print job again.
2. If that does not work, you may have something stuck in your print spool, you can try to clear it your self but most likely your IT team will need to do this. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS on your PC and clear any items stuck in the spool.
3. Also check this folder, and clear any stuck files: C:\ProgramData\CentralisHealth\Desktop\Print\Captured
4. After IT clears your spool, re-launch the desktop application and try your print job again.
