Step-by-Step Guide
If you need to alter your user settings and preferences, you will click on the text My Profile from the left menu from the secure web portal.
At the very top of the screen you will find the section that allows you to set a new password AND add a picture to your profile.
In the next section you will want to add your WORK email address so that Centralis Health can contact you for support related need, AND if you wish to utilize notification for work queue items. IF you want your phone number to appear on your outbound fax cover pages you will also add it here.
When sending outbound you will ALWAYS send from your Default Work Queue , if you wish to change your default/sending queue you update that here. If you want to update your Security Questions and Answer you can also do so here
To enable your Email Notifications check the enabled box, and then choose which items you would like to receive a notification
When sending items using New Item Page or Centralis Health Desktop application you can add message templates that might often use, doing this will save time and prevent you from having to type the same message on every send. Each user can have up to 3 at a given time.
All changes should be saved using the Save button at the bottom of the My Profile seen in the above image
